After you buy

- In the IDE, open Grok Assistant → Welcome.
- Paste the license and click Refresh license.
- Agentic, Collections, and Radar unlock.

Manage or cancel
Two different portals — that is the usual source of confusion:
Stripe Customer Portal
Update payment method, download invoices, switch monthly/annual, or cancel at period end.
Keyforge license portal
View your license key, see device activations, and reset a seat if you changed machines.
FAQ
Why do I pay both xAI and Intellego?
xAI bills model usage on your account (or Demo Access for a limited taste). Intellego Premium is the cockpit fee for Agentic, Collections, and Radar.
How long is the trial?
14 days on monthly and annual plans. Cancel in the Stripe portal before it ends if you do not want to continue.
Where is my license key?
In the Keyforge email after purchase, or via keyforge.dev/portal/request.
I paid but Premium is still locked.
Paste the key on Welcome and click Refresh license. Restart the IDE if it still shows Free.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage billing — not Keyforge. Cancellation is at period end.
