These terms cover the products of Diligite Iustitiam LLC: Intellego, Nunc Sonat, Pray Latin, and this website.

License. Free features may be used without payment. Premium features need a valid license key from us (or, for Intellego, a Marketplace purchase). A Nunc Sonat Premium key works on up to 3 Macs. Do not share keys publicly or resell them.

What you get. Software is provided as is. We aim to keep it working, and we may change or stop features. We are not liable for lost work, lost music time, or damages beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Your side. Use the products lawfully. Do not reverse engineer Premium licensing, attack our servers, or use the apps to break someone else’s systems. Network features (AirPlay, Local Network, Pilot) need permissions you grant on your Mac.

Payments. Stripe and the JetBrains Marketplace handle charges. Refunds follow their rules and any written promise we made at purchase. Cancel subscriptions in the Stripe customer portal (or Marketplace) before renewal if you do not want to continue.
