Android Studio on the default runtime

Older builds leaned on JCEF. That broke people on the default Android Studio JBR.

From 4.6.5 the chat does not require JCEF. Install, open Welcome, go. If you are still on a pre-4.6.5 build, update.

Agentic still needs the grok binary on PATH. Welcome can run the official install script after you confirm. Restart the IDE so PATH updates.
